lol! i knew someone was going to ask this. Okay..I don't live in New Jersey...i live in a state where you pump ur own gas. But one time I went there...and it's ILLEGAL to pump your own gas!!! they have people to do it for you. it was so bizzare and me and my family were like...okaaayy...I don't know how many states do that...but I know for a fact NJ makes you let them pump ur gas for you. weird I know

HAHAHA...that's weird. gotta love those silly laws....i know in Cleveland, Ohio it's illegal to walk your sheep downtown on Sundays. LOL (at least i believe it's sheep....it's some kind of farm animal. lol)

Here where I live, there is a gas station that hires people to pump gas for you. It's funny because it's a Wayne's World and then Flash Foods is across the street and normally Flash is two cents cheaper.

It's great.

aw thank you! i tried to write another chapter last night but got distracted..then I was busy today. but I'ma try and write another chapter tomorroW!

CHAPTER TWENTY: A Shell in The Sand.
STILL SEPTEMBER 4TH, 2004 SATURDAY

“You boys sing, act, are in Broadway and Nick’s on his way to get a solo album!?!?!” Brynn basically screamed while she and Kevin sat on the beach. Kevin smiled. “Yeah. He’s really excited and dedicated.”
“How come you didn’t tell me?”
Kevin shrugged. “I don’t know.”
Brynn laughed. “You boys are too cool.”
“Why thank you.” Kevin replied, taking her hand. The both looked at the horizon. Brynn thought for a moment, then looked at Kevin. “You are going to be somebody someday.”
“Me?” Kevin asked.
“Yes.” Brynn nodded. “You...and your brothers. You’re going to be somebody. Everyone’s going to know your name.”
“How do you know?” Kevin asked, laying down on the sand. Brynn copied. She looked around. People were beginning to leave the beach. She gave an awkward shrug. “I don’t. But I can feel it.”
Kevin smiled. “You never know.”
“Just make sure you don’t forget all the little people!” Brynn giggled.
“Like?”
“Me of course.”
Kevin glanced at her. He shook his head. “No.”
“No..what?”
“No you aren’t a little person. Not to me. And no I’ll never forget you.”
Brynn gave a smile. “And I’ll never forget you.”
Kevin kissed her. “Good. Now lets stop talking about forgetting people. I’m not going anywhere.”
“But that’s the point.” Brynn replied, scooting up and resting on her shoulder. “We’re all going to leave someday. Maybe not at the same time, maybe not at the same place. Maybe we’ll all leave together, maybe not. But everyone leaves at one point. Some sooner than others.”
Kevin looked up at her. It took him a moment to answer. “Well,” he said, after a while. “I guess you’re right. Never really thought like that. But people do leave all the time. Take me for instants... my family has moved 4 times since I was born.”
“Exactly.” Brynn agreed. “I’ve moved too.” She sighed. “But what I’m trying to say is..well..at least I think...”
“What?” Kevin asked, getting up and resting on his shoulder.
Brynn looked at the sand. She picked up a conch shell. It was so perfect it didn’t even look real. It has pink and yellow swirls going through it. Brynn played with it. “What I mean is..I want to make the most of this time we have together. Life is way to short to just to be always thinking of the future, or the past, or what might come or what might not. Live life to the fullest.”
Kevin looked at her for a moment. “You sure you 15?” He asked.
She giggled. “I’m sure. But you know what I mean.” She replied, looking at Kevin.
He nodded. “Yeah. I don’t know a lot of things. But I know one thing for sure. I love you and I want to spend every moment I can with you. I want to be there for you when you’re down, pick you up when you fall. Hold your hand when you’re scared.” He laughed. “I want to hold your hand always. Wherever life takes us, I just want us always to think of this moment and never forget it. I just want to live life to the fullest...with you.”
Brynn didn’t replied. Kevin sat up. “Are you okay, B?” He whispered. She sat up as well. She looked into his eyes. “You love me, Kevin?” she whispered back.
Kevin gave a smile. “I thought it was obvious.” He took her hand and gave her a kiss. She smiled. “Thank you, Kevin.”
His smile fell just a bit. “So...um..” he coughed. “Do you love me, too?”
She giggled and gave him a kiss. She pulled away so that their foreheads touched. “I thought it was obvious, Kevin. I love you, too.”
Kevin smiled. He put his hand behind her neck and pulled him closer to him and began to kiss her. Brynn held his other hand and kissed him back as they sat under the sunset and listened to the soft sound of the waves crashing on the rocks by the sand.
