Epilogue
"Natalia Ava Jonas, get back here right now!" Andrea called to her four year old daughter.
"But, mommy, Brandon is chasing me!" the dark brown, curly headed child called back.
"Well, you can tell Brandon to come back here too!" Charlie called to his Goddaughter.
"Brandon! Your daddy wants you!" Natalia yelled to the black haired child that ran into view.
"All of you, back on this lawn right now," Andrea said as calmly as she could while picking up her six month old son, Vincent Landon from his playpen.
The California sun was right above them, Andrea, her best friends Chandler and Charlie were with her, along with Charlie's wife of seven years Angie, their five year old son Brandon. Also, Chandler's daughter with Joe; two year old Gwen. And, of course, Andrea and her two children with Kevin Jonas Natalia and Vincent.
It had been ten years since everything happened with the group of family and friends, ten years that coming December since Andrea and Kevin first got together. And, five years that coming November eighteenth since Andrea and Kevin had been married.
"When's daddy coming home?" Nat asked when she walked up the steps.
"It shouldn't be that much longer, maybe half and hour," she told her.
"They're all coming back? Daddy, grandma, grandpa, Uncle Joe, Uncle Frankie, Uncle Nick and Aunt Kami?" she asked, staring intently at her brother who was staring back at her.
Andrea smiled at her daughter, "Yes, everyone will be home."
Nick and Kami had been engaged since Christmas of that year, they were to be married in February.
"Aunt Chandy, are you excited?" Nat asked, turning her attention to one of Andrea's oldest friends, turned sister-in-law.
Chandler beautiful blue eyes sparkled as she smiled, "Yeah, I really am. I know Gwen is too, aren't you?"
Gwen, the splitting image of Chandler...except her eyes...she had Joe's eyes, nodded excitedly, "Daddy!"
Chandler laughed, "That's right, Daddy is coming home soon."
"No, mommy, daddy!" She squealed, pointing to behind Chandler.
Everyone looked behind Chandler to where Gwen was pointing. They all gasped.
"Kevin," Andrea whispered.
For the first time in four and a half months, besides web cam, and pictures Andrea and Kevin were together. The boys were on tour with their latest album, they had taken a few months off during the last few months of Andrea's pregnancy, and a few more after Vincent was born.
"Hey, Andy," he said, still standing on the lawn of their house.
Carrying Vincent with her, and Natalia following, she walked down the steps to him, she used one arm to wrap around his neck he wrapped both his arms around her waist. Nat held onto his leg, and Vincent took one of his little arms away from Andrea neck and put it around his fathers.
"You're early," Andrea said.
He smiled and pulled away, taking Vincent into his arms, "I missed you."
She bent down to pick up Natalia, "I missed you, too."
"I missed you, Daddy," Natalia said, looking up at him.
He laughed, "I missed you too, Nat."
"Mommy, I wanna play with Brandon some more," Nat said, looking up at her mom.
Andrea smiled down at her, "Okay, don't run too far," she put her daughter down, and she wandered over to Brandon who was standing with Charlie and Angie.
"How was the rest of tour?" Andrea asked, leading the way up the steps back on to their front porch.
"The way tour always is, insane. But fantastic," he told her, sitting on one of the chairs, keeping Vincent in his arms.
"Be careful!" Charlie yelled, when Brandon began chasing after Natalia.
"Hey, Charlie," Kevin said, raising his hand to wave.
"Hey, Kevin. Welcome back," he replied.
"I see you went ahead and bought the new car, then," Kevin said, pointing next door to Charlie and Angie's house.
Charlie smiled and nodded, "It was calling out to me."
"Mommy! Brandon is trying to give me some of his boy cooties!" Nat yelled running back into the front yard.
Andrea turned her head toward Kevin, who was silently laughing to himself, "Deja vu, much?"
"I do not have cooties," Brandon whined coming back in the yard.
"One day, Natalia, you are going to think very differently about boys," Andrea told her, as Kevin stood up and put one arm around her waist.
"Yeah, Nattie. We might fall in love one day," Brandon told her.
"No. Because that means kissing, and that's how the cooties go from boys to girls," Nat said matter of factly.
All of the adults there laughed, looking down at the two kids. Just then, Brandon leaned down to Nat's height and pecked her on the lips. All of the adults were silent for a moment, then they all started laughing.
"Well, I see my time machine worked," Joe said, taking Gwen from Chandler and holding her in his arms.
"This is an interesting development, isn't it?" Charlie asked.
Kevin smiled, "Definitely. This is going to be a very interesting relationship."
"Mommy!" Nat cried running back to her.
"Nattie?" Andrea asked.
"Did you see what Brandon did?" Nat asked.
Andrea laughed, picking her daughter up, "Yes, I saw what happened."
"It was icky," Nat pouted.
"No, it was cute. Brandon was just letting you know that he thinks you’re nice, and pretty."
Natalia looked at her, "Really?"
"Really, I promise. Trust me," she said, giving a side look to Kevin.
Nat nodded, and Andrea let her down, she immediately ran over to Brandon.
"And even when we're miles and miles apart, you're still holding all of my heart; I promise it will never be dark, I know...we're inseparable," Kevin sang into Andrea's ear, after he had let Nick hold Vincent.
She wrapped an arm around his waist, and he put an arm over her shoulders, they both looked into their front yard. They watched their family, brothers, sisters, parents, niece, and their own children. They were just happy.
She looked up at Kevin, "Inseparable," she promised.
