For the Nights I can't remember New Chapters coming soon “Guitar hero game for a date, that’s all I’m asking,” Joe said, handing me one of the guitars for the game. “So, if you win, I have to go on a date with you. But what about if I win?” I asked, smirking. “Well, if you win, and that’s a very strong if, then I will never ask you out, ever,” he said. I smiled, and stuck my hand out, “Deal.” ---- It’s pretty amazing, you know. I never thought that this stupid obsession that my sister had with them, would make me so happy. ---- “I can’t do it, Joe,” I told him, pushing him away from me. “Drew, come on, please. You will get used to it. I promise, just please don’t leave,” his voice cracked while he saying that, like he was going to cry. “I may always act outgoing and crazy like you, Joe. But inside I’m shy, scared and timid, it’s too much to handle. I’m scared of everything that’s happening,” I told him, getting a headache from the flashbulbs going off in every direction. “I am too.” |
